Apprentice speed dating - your fast track to training
Are you still looking for an apprenticeship or would you like to get in touch with training companies in an uncomplicated way? Then trainee speed dating is just the thing for you! In short conversations, you have the chance to get to know companies and introduce yourself directly - without a long application process.
The IHK Karlsruhe trainee speed dating event is also part of our calendar. Several dates take place throughout the year - the next ones are on April 9 and May 14.

Tips for your application
Are you about to finish school and are you interested in an apprenticeship with us? Then we would like to get to know you. This starts with your written application via our application portal or by e-mail. We will then confirm receipt of your application. After reviewing and checking the documents, we will contact you. This may take a few days. The next step is an online group interview. Please send us your application in advance:
A short letter of motivation
Which apprenticeship are you applying for and what are you particularly interested in? Please send us a few sentences about yourself and why you think you are very well suited to your chosen profession. This will help us to gain a first impression of you.
A curriculum vitae in tabular form
Please list the schools and your first professional activities or internships here.
Your certificates
We need your last 3 school reports or vocational certificates. If you have obtained a Fachhochschulreife or general higher education entrance qualification, please send us your secondary school leaving certificate and your last report card. You will then submit your final certificate to us.
Start of training
this is usually at the beginning of September. The application deadline for the current year is June 30.
