We stand for Precitec

Precitec is an independent and family-owned company. Our history shows that economic success and value orientation harmonize perfectly. We are proud of this. We are happy to take responsibility for this. We see ourselves as a team in which everyone contributes their strengths and abilities in order to develop solutions and strategies together.

After several positions in Germany and abroad with a well-known Dax group and subsequent work as a professor for intercultural management, Maja. Hartung joined the management of Precitec as managing partner at the end of 2015. She is responsible for technology and human resources in the business field of 3D metrology.

Like many working mothers, she prefers to spend her free time with her family.

Thilo Wersborg joined Precitec in 2005 and became CEO in 2010. Before starting at Precitec, Thilo has worked for an internet start-up company in Silicon Valley and for an international consulting firm in Frankfurt, Germany.

He holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Doctor in Human Biology after studying in Germany, France, and the US.

Thilo is married and a passionate supporter of Eintracht Frankfurt football club.

Michael Bauer began his professional career at a large family-owned company in the field of machine tools/laser technology. He successfully passed through several departments and finally managed a large area as commercial director. Since joining Precitec in 2012, Michael became CFO and has been responsible for the Operations of the Precitec Group.

In the private sphere, Mr. Bauer enjoys life with his wife and four daughters.

Klaus Löffler held various positions in sales, most recently as managing director for sales, service and marketing. Through professional stations in Ditzingen, Detroit, Wolfsburg, he has extensive international experience in the fields of laser technology and automotive. Klaus Löffler has been Managing Director at Precitec since the beginning of 2022 and is responsible for sales, marketing and product management.

In his free time, he spends as much time as possible with his family and running in nature.
